Trim to Fit Instructions:
- For best fit, remove original insole from shoe or boot.
- Place the original insole against the bottom of the Sore DAWG
insole, lining up the heel and arch areas.
- With a pen or marker, trace the original insole pattern onto
the bottom of the Sore DAWG insole. If there is no removable insole,
place your shoe on the bottom of the insole and trace.
- Using scissors, trim the Sore DAWG insole just inside of the
tracing line, allowing for a small amount of movement. Be careful
not to trim the insole too short.
- Place the Sore DAWG insoles into your shoe making sure that
it is resting on the bottom of the shoe. Check the toe area for
wrinkles or buckling. If this occurs you will need to trim more
from the front (toe) of the insole.
Sore DAWG insoles may cause some tightness at first. This will
diminish over time as the image foam molds to your foot.

Care: Our insoles may be hand washed and air dried.
Do not subject to any extreme heat source.

Product Life: Sore DAWG High Pro-Formance insoles
have been orthopedically designed to take the punishment of high
impact activities so that you don't. Constant high intensity use
will eventually wear out the impact foam in the footbed. When this
occurs the Sore DAWG insoles will need to be replaced. Periodically
check the raised Sore DAWG logo on the bottom of the insole, if
it has become compressed and distorted, it is time to replace the
insole. Life of the insole depends on the type and amount of use.

Disclaimer: Sore DAWG's line of High Pro-Formance
insoles have been designed with various needs in mind. They are
not corrective nor prescription. If the support is uncomfortable,
discontinue use.
